Satya Project is a consisting duo of Philippine-Spanish composers, performers and producers Mark Sáinz and Juan Galiardo. His music is an ambitious and successful fusion of R & B, soul, funk, jazz and acid jazz, including influences of flamenco and classical music. Unable to integrate all these elements in a single subject (although, at times, more than one), but passes easily from one style to other, without ever losing his personality, which is the most important.
The first time I heard their sounds, you can remember to move R & B / jazz Acid UK in early 90's, and it seems clear that part of their inspiration comes from there, to groups such as Incognito, Jamiroquai, The Brand New Heavies ... but as one will listen more carefully to his music the perceived difference, those who reveal personal conception of the musical duo. One of the most interesting discs of 2008. As a complement to the LP, here we present two songs from the album remixed by DJ Mibor And Axphere, another completely different vision of the juice to make a single disc.
